Abstract

Thank you for visiting my website! This is a little website that was created in May 2026 to serve as a little space for me to put some information into the world in a way which I have full control over. Please refer to the sidebar to the left for navigation. As you can see, this webpage is inspired by LaTeX formatting of academic journal articles.

I am by no means good at coding, nor do I assume that I follow proper website coding conventions. As such, this site may not work properly at times. This site was coded on a Mac using Firefox at 90% zoom, so for optimal results it may be beneficial to follow suit. The navbar on this site does not work on mobile. Instead, please use the sitemap to navigate the website, which can also be found at the bottom of each page.

Please feel free to take a little moment to look around my website!

Buttons! Favicon! Firefox?

Good day! It's been a little while since I've updated my site (over a month!), and in reality this current update is not yet finished. However, I've added enough content where I'm comfortable pushing a new update, and I really want to share what I've made (namely my button)!

First of all, I started out with the intention of detailing my process and changes of my Firefox's CSS settings. My previous configuration has slowly been breaking over the course of the past year(ish), so I wanted to remake it, and make sure I know what settings I've changed. I made some slight progress on it, but CSS is not something I'm fond of, and has taken me longer than I've intentioned.

Meanwhile, I've been browsing more and more of the interweb, I've come to see so many cool buttons across the websites on neocities, and felt like I should create my own. As you can see in Table 1, I've made one! I used an online GIMP editor to create it, heavily using the pixel-art owl from this colouring book website. I also have added the owl as my website's favicon. Please feel free to add my button to your site! I'll add yours to mine! Check out my links page for more information.

As of writing this, I'm hoping that I'll have another update sooner (or later), in which I will finish my Firefox CSS page, and have a collection of interesting buttons and links to share, however, it may be another month until I update this site again. Thanks for reading this, and enjoy!
